In addition to the information you enter, we collect the originating IP address of your request. We may contact you for more information at the email address you provide if we cannot determine the validity of your serial number or activation code. We may also contact you if we determine that more activations have been requested than are allowed by the license agreement that you accepted when the software was installed.
